PUPPY UNIVERSITY

SESSION 1 - MEET & GREET
The first session, lasting 30 minutes, is a simple meet and greet. This allows your puppy to get to know us and begin building a trusting bond.

SESSION 2 - HANDLING
The second session, lasting 30 minutes, will focus on handling, combing, and brushing. Your puppy will also receive a small tidy-up around the eyes, bum, and feet. During this session, we'll also teach you effective techniques to help you maintain your puppy’s grooming routine at home.

SESSION 3 - DESENSITISATION
The third session, lasting 30 minutes, will focus on desensitising your puppy to our grooming tools and the dryer.
We'll also introduce your puppy to our Emmi-pet teeth cleaning, ensuring they become comfortable and confident with the process for future visits.

SESSION 4 - RELAXING BATH & BLOWDRY
The fourth session, lasting 60 minutes, will be a relaxing bath and a warm towel dry and gentle blow dry. This includes a light scissor trim or deshed, depending on the your pups coat.

SESSION 5 - GRADUATION
Once we're satisfied with your puppy's progress in each area, they'll have a fifth session where we'll use everything they've learned to ensure a relaxing first full groom and celebrate their graduation from Puppy University. This grooming session typically lasts around 90 minutes.

LONG HAIR - X SMALL & SMALL BREEDS
£25 per session or £100 for all five sessions as a package.
LONG HAIR - MEDIUM, LARGE & X LARGE BREEDS
£30 per session or £120 for all five sessions as a package.
SHORT HAIR - X SMALL & SMALL BREEDS
£20 per session or £60 for all four sessions as a package.
SHORT HAIR - MEDIUM, LARGE & X LARGE BREEDS
£25 per session or £75 for all four sessions as a package.
